Yash Sinha is associated with the Aditya Birla Group since 2011.
In his role as Head - Human Resources & Administration, Yash is responsible for providing an employee oriented, high performance & learning culture that emphasizes employee empowerment, goal attainment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. He also leads the administrative and L&D initiatives of the organization.
Yash reports to the CEO & Principal Officer. A post graduate in Human Resource Management, Yash has over 16 years of experience in this field. Prior to joining ABIBL, Yash has worked with Birla Sunlife Insurance and HDFC Life.
