Mr. Dhananjaya has over three decades of experience working across various industries and companies including ABN Amro Bank, Bank of America and MMTC of India. Mr. Dhananjaya completed his B. Tech degree from Karnataka Regional Engineering College, Surathkal in 1982 and PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore in 1985.
Mr. Dhananjaya has been with the Aditya Birla Financial Services Group since January 2008. In his role as Chief Compliance and Risk Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the compliance and risk functions - primarily credit, market and operational risk, regulatory affairs, fraud management, corporate governance, etc - across all financial services businesses, consisting of life insurance, asset management, lending, stock and commodity broking, private equity, wealth management and distribution, etc..
